• owned by East Walker 88 Pty Ltd (ACN 670 669 173) (Vendor);
• being developed East Walker 88 Development Pty Ltd (ACN 687 230 020) (Development Manager); and
• being marketed for sale by Aland Realty Pty Ltd (ACN 632 566 271) (Sales Agent),

(together, ALAND).

• an Eligible Purchaser enters into a contract for the sale and purchase with the Vendor for an Apartment (Contract) during the Promotion Period; and
• settlement of the Contract takes place in accordance with the Contract by the due date for settlement,

that Eligible Purchaser will be entitled to a Bang & Olufsen gift voucher worth up to $100,000, which can be used to purchase goods and services from Design Collection Denmark, during the period before expiry of the Gift Voucher.

• is a natural person over the age of 18 years or a company;
• is not a registered builder, superannuation fund or person acting as agent on behalf of other persons;
• is introduced to the Project as a lead originating from an Marketing Email issued by Bang & Olufsen during the Promotion Period to that purchaser as a member of the B&O Customer;
• gives to the Sales Agent the Referral Identifier at or during the first time the purchaser engages with the Sales Agent in relation to the purchase of the Apartment;
• is not recorded in the Sales Agent’s customer database, or is added to the Sales Agent’s customer database (as having made an enquiry regarding the Project) on or after the date the purchaser receives the relevant Marketing Email from Bang & Olufsen;
• is not an employee, agent, consultant or related entity of ALAND;
• enters into a Contract during the Promotion Period;
• pays the deposit required under the Contract on or before the date required by the Contract;
• complies with the terms of the Contract and are not otherwise in default under the Contract; and
• settles the acquisition of the Eligible Lot on the original due date for settlement under the Contract,

(each, an Eligible Purchaser).

• the purchaser under the Contract is:
  • a company, and the shareholder or director of that company; or
  • the trustee of a trust, and the trustee (and where the trustee is a company, the shareholder or director of the trustee) or the beneficiary of the trust,

  was recorded in the Sales Agent’s customer database, or is added to the Sales Agent’s customer database (as having made an enquiry regarding the Project) before the date the purchaser receives the relevant Marketing Email from Design Collection Denmark; or

• the Sales Agent cannot verify, to its reasonable satisfaction, that the Eligible Purchaser is a lead which originates from the B&O Database and/or the Marketing Email, using the Sales Agent’s customer database records, the tracking methods and information that the Sales Agent and Bang & Olufsen have agreed to provide to each other.
